How our pricing works
How is custom carpentry priced in Singapore?
Most built-in carpentry is priced per foot run — for example, kitchen cabinets from S$130 per ft and full-height wardrobes from S$290 per ft. Feature walls and platforms are priced per square foot, and bed frames per unit. The calculator above uses the same price list we quote from.
Is the calculator estimate the final price?
The calculator gives you an accurate indicative estimate based on our standard price list. The final quotation is confirmed after a free on-site measurement — with no hidden costs added.
What materials does Takumi use?
We build with ENF-grade, 9-layer plywood — the strictest formaldehyde-emission standard — finished with PUR edge sealing. Worktop options include quartz, granite, sintered stone and Kompac top; platforms come in plywood or laminate finishes.
Does the carpentry come with a warranty?
Yes. All Takumi carpentry is covered by a 10-year workmanship warranty.
